Step 2 - Download and Continue

IMPORTANT: Both Download and Continue buttons display.  Click Download first, save the file, then click Continue.   If you experience any difficulties, please contact Prescient Client Support.

These steps are based on Internet Explorer®.  The steps for other browsers may vary.

Click Download, Save, Close, and Continue

Perform these sets after clicking File Download from the File Registry for Download window. (Step 1)

  1. Click Download.

  2. Choose Save.

  3. Click OK. The Save as window displays.

If you require a path (folder) or filename different than the one displayed, change it in this step.

  1. Click Save. The Download Complete window displays when the file has transferred.

  2. Click Close.

  3. Click Continue. The Confirmation window displays.

  4. Click Back.

Note:  An extra "blank" window may open.  You can simply close this window.
