Downloading Files

"Find" the File - Step 1 Next

Follow these steps to download files from Prescient to your computer.  The most common downloads are:

• Report Files.  If a report you ran was over 2MB (a large report) or if you selected E-mail Notification or Chainlink as the delivery type for a report, you will need to download the report.  

• Pricebook Files.  Rather than using EDI or FTP to import files, some retailers prefer to download pricebook updates online.  This is sometimes called downloading from Chainlink.  

Files are downloaded in two steps.
