View report requests

If you select E-mail Attachment or E-mail Notification as the delivery type for your report, you can simply check your e-mail to see if the report is complete. You can also choose to View Report Requests to check the status of your report online. This function is most useful if you choose Chainlink as the delivery type for your report.

If a report you ran was over 2MB (a large report) or if you selected E-mail Notification or Chainlink as the delivery type for a report, you will need to download the report.

This section describes how to use View Report Requests to see if a report has run.

 

Follow these steps:

Click

View Report Requests

From the main Item & Cost window:

  1. Click View Report Requests

The status of your report displays in the Status column. The status can be:

    • WAIT: The report is waiting to be processed.

    • INQ: The report is now in line to be processed (in queue).

    • RUN: The report is currently processing.

    • ERR: An error occurred during processing. Re-run the report or contact Prescient Client Support for assistance.

  1. If your report does not appear, click Refresh to reload the window. It may take a few minutes for your report to finish and display. It could also be that your report has completed. See below.

Important note: Reports that have finished processing do not appear in this window. You can check the File Download window to see if your report is complete and ready to download.  See Downloading Report Files.
