To view the Supplier's Invoice Nbr and Retailer's Invoice Nbr for counts that have been settled and invoiced, select the Store ID and click View By.
Buttons to Request Shrink Sharing Preview Report and Display Shrink Sharing Preview Report have been added to the bottom of the window. Use these to list the shrink amounts that would result from settling a count at one or more stores. Both the supplier and retailer portions are included, as well as any shrink "Cap" or rule that may be in place for the partnership. Click for a sample report.
The report lists shrink at the store level only. Item-level details are not available.
Note: Only one store at a time can be displayed online.
Tool sets a Beginning Inventory date for new or updated stores.

This tool provides an extended report of online book inventory (sales/deliveries), and can be based on individual Stores, Store Groups and Group Lists, and SBT Item Groups. Use this report to see how well items are selling, and if additional deliveries should be made.
Scan based trading (SBT) item groups provide an easy way to base your reports and settlements on "types" of items rather than individual items. Items of a type are grouped and given a group name based on your business needs.. See also, About SBT Item Groups.
Manage Store Groups and Store Group Lists
viaLink provides the ability to group a set of stores for use in Extended Book Inventory reporting. For example, stores x, y, and z, located in the northern U.S., can be grouped as the "North Region." Stores d, e, and f in Dallas, TX can be grouped as "Dallas Stores." Groups are named to fit your needs, and can include almost any viaLink scan based trading (SBT) store with whom you are matched.
