NOTES FOR DIST SYNCLINK - swap DOES NOT REQUIRE APPROVAL. DEAUTH IS A PROPOSAL.  

swap only available if drop down list shows.  t

o deal with rejection, Distributor cannot do anything once proposal is rejected. He can delete (X) only those pending approval (retract it before analyst acts on it).

He can go back to error section and re-propose the de-auth again … since once the proposal gets rejected and maintenance transaction runs – it will error out again and appear in bottom section.

Maint trans - In development and staging every hour. In production – 2/day.

Ok, my misunderstanding.  

The video can either stay or you can remove it until a new one is recorded.  I don’t know if anyone has used it.

We are not going to roll-out the new screens, but some of the changes (new VMP section, menu re-arrangement, label of the report and its layout) will be visible.

We are going to hide the new menu options only, but the old ones related to VMP are going to be there in new section, with new name and new functionality (vmp report having both – pricing and auth).

Not yet.  We aren’t going to roll this out to the distributors right away. I will be creating new videos for the distributor covering their new VMP options.  When we roll the new options to the distributor the thought is to notify the distributors via email with some instruction and direct them to the video training which we will updated at the same time as the new options become available.
