Columns Supplier: Supplier's name and PCG business unit ID. Supplier Item Description: Item name in the supplier's item catalog. Primary Product Code: Primary UPC associated with the item. Auth: Supplier's item offer (authorization) status. Offered - Waiting for the retailer to accept. Rescinded - Offer withdrawn by the supplier. Accepted - Offer accepted by the retailer. Rejected - Offer rejected by the retailer. Cost Zone: Retailer Cost Zone cross-reference, supplier Cost Zone name. Net Cost: Supplier's cost to retailer for the authorized Cost Zone and the cost type. (R) – Regular cost. Normal or frontline price for an item. These cost types do not have an End Date (as in Temporary costs). Instead they are replaced when new costs go into effect. (T) – Temporary cost set up with an End Date. Used to override a Regular cost for a set period. (P) – Promotional cost. Similar to temporary costs, these override a Regular cost for a set period. However, Promotional costs are set up through the PCG Promotion System and are exported as "true" costs to the retailer. (I) – Informational cost. A Promotional cost that does not change the pricing in a retailer's system. Informational costs list pricing information that must be reviewed online or in reports, and are used to make informed decisions. For example, "BUY 7 Case(s) GET SPECIAL PRICE of $11.00 per Case." Nbr. of Stores: Number of active stores included in the Cost Zone. _________________________________________________________________ |
