Although most reports will be sent directly to you as an e-mail attachment, a report file can be generated and then held until you download the file online.
If a report you ran was over 2MB (a large report), or if you selected E-mail Notification or File Registry as the delivery type for a report, you will need to download the report.
You set how your report will be delivered by selecting a Delivery Type for the report.
If you select E-mail Attachment, the report will be sent to your e-mail address. It is not necessary to download the report file.
If you select E-mail Notification from a report menu, you will be notified by e-mail when the report is ready to download.
If you select File Registry, no e-mail is sent. You must manually check to see if the report has been generated and is ready for download.
Note: You can click View Report Requests to check on the progress of your report. If the report name does not display, your report has finished running.
