Your password will expire every 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since you last logged-on to a Park City Group application, you will be prompted to change your password. Follow the steps as they appear on your screen.
A password can also be changed using the Park City Group Directory application. This is helpful if you have been assigned a temporary password that you need to change, or if you feel a password needs to be changed for security purposes.
Follow these steps to change your password. If you have forgotten your password, contact the Park City Group Security Administrator within your company.
Note: A password must be at least six characters long and can be any alpha or numeric character.

Note to Security Administrators: These steps are based on the Directory windows a typical user accesses. As a Security Administrator, your windows have more advanced options. You can change your password (and assist others with their passwords) through the Manage My User's Information and Reset Selected User's Password utilities.
