Use this tool to view and report:
No Billing Account - Clients not set up in the AC Accounting system.
Past Due - Clients with expired MSA (Master Service Agreement) contracts. Not clients past due on their invoices.
Contract Renewal in 7 Days - MSAs about to expire. You can set the number of days to search.
Follow the steps for your task:

This task finds Advanced Commerce clients who do not have a billing account set up. From the AC Accounting window:
The results display.
The report is sent to your Prescient e-mail address. It lists the Business Unit Name and Business Unit ID set up in Advanced Commerce. Important: Existing clients without a billing account must be added by Prescient Operations. Otherwise an incorrect Account Number and Business Unit is created. ____________________________________________________________ |

Use this to display all clients with expired contracts. Contracts are considered past due if the Renewal Date is exceeded (Billing Start Date + Terms Length). For example, today is May 1, 2007. A contract's Start Date is April 27, 2006 with a Terms Length of 1 year. This contract is past due for renewal. From the AC Accounting window:
