Manage Company Addresses

Important Note:  Although this task is available to clients such as your self, we ask that you please notify Prescient Client Support of needed address changes.  This will ensure billing and other information is included in the update.

Prescient entered basic information about your company when your account was implemented. However, you will need to update this information from time to time.

Company information consists of your company’s “remit to,” “send inquiries to,” and “send orders to” addresses.

 

 

From any Item & Cost, Item Movement, or Inventory & Shrink window:

  1. Select Administration from the navigation bar at the top and click Go.

  2. Under the Other heading, click Manage Company Addresses.

Current addresses set up for your company display.

  1. Select the Type of address to update.

  1. Click Update.

  2. Change the information as needed.

The Make contact private option is not used, and can be left blank.

  1. Click Save.

Notes:

  • To add a new address, select the empty Type, click Add, complete the information, and click Save.

  • To remove an address, select the Type, click Delete, and click Yes at the prompt.
