View Consumer Sales Status

Use this utility to monitor the flow of the point-of-sale (POS) or scan-sales data to Park City Group.  The "upload-status" of the data displays for the previous seven days.  You can enter a different date to display any seven-day period.

Follow these steps:

  1. Enter a Status Date and choose the store(s) to display

  2. Select a status and click Find

Enter a Status Date and choose the store(s) to display

From the Item Movement tab:

  1. Click View Consumer Sales Status. Sales status for the prior seven days displays.

  1. If desired, enter a different Status Date.

  2. If you wish to view the status for a specific store:

    1. Enter part of a Store ID, followed by an asterisk, and click Choices.

    2. Select an individual Store from the drop-down list.  

Note: You can leave the Store ID blank and the list at Not Selected to view the status for all stores.

Select a status and click Find

  1. Select from Missing, Partial, or All Statuses.

You can choose to only show data that is in a Missing status, or you can leave the display set to All Statuses.

  1. Click Find to process your request.  The results display in your browser window.

Results / Legend

M - Missing

Scan-sales data has not been received for that store.

P - Partial

Scan-sales data has been received for some suppliers, but not for all that are expected.

R - Received

Scan-sales data has been received for all suppliers as expected.

C - Closed

Store was closed on that date.

* - Not Expecting Sales

Store is not participating in scan-based trading.
