Sales, Shrink, and other automatically-generated invoices provide information at the supplier, store, and item level. However, some businesses prefer to handle invoice reconciliation at a summary level.
Use the Invoice Summary Report to list a line-item summary of each store invoice. The summary is based on the time frame you specify, and allows you to choose between the Invoice Date and the Creation Date. Click for a sample report.
Notes:
This report cannot be displayed online.
The Start Date cannot be more than six months prior to the current date.
A maximum of 31 days can be included in one report.
As long as one or more line items are present, invoices are generated even when the net amount is zero. For example, an item is sold for $1.00 (debit), but another item is returned for $1.00 (credit). Generating a zero invoice ensures that all financial item movement is tracked.
Follow these steps:

From the Item Movement tab:
If you've saved a prior set up as a query, and wish to use it again, click Expand Stored Queries. It's easy to name and save queries for report set ups you'd like to repeat. The settings pre-populate, allowing you to change dates other information as needed. See Saving and using report queries. ____________________________________________________________ |

An invoice summary is based a time period that begins on the Start Date you enter. By default, the Start Date is seven-days prior to today. Enter all dates in the format mm/dd/yyyy or mmddyy. The Start Date cannot be more than six months prior to the current date.
This sets the time period for the report, based on and forward from the Start Date. For example, 7 days for a Start Date of 1/1/2012 will include 1/1 through 1/7/2012. The default is 7 days. Choose from 1 to 7 or 14, 21, 28, or 31 days.
Invoice Date is the business date on which the scan sales took place. Creation Date is the date the invoice was generated in Park City Group.
