View Invoice Summary

Sales, Shrink, and other automatically-generated invoices provide information at the supplier, store, and item level.  However, some businesses prefer to handle invoice reconciliation at a summary level.

Use the Invoice Summary Report to list a line-item summary of each store invoice.  The summary is based on the time frame you specify, and allows you to choose between the Invoice Date and the Creation Date.  Click for a sample report.

An invoice summary is based a time period that begins on the Start Date you enter.  By default, the Start Date is seven-days prior to today.

The default is 7 days.  Choose from 1 to 7 or 14, 21, 28, or 31 days.

Invoice Date is the business date on which the scan sales took place.
