distribuLink is an advanced reporting service that allows manufacturers with multi-tiered distributions systems and their representatives to review item, price, and promotion data for distributors by brand, distributor, retail chain or any of a number of customized criteria.

Using the information in Item & Cost as the data-of-record, distribuLink provides:

Call Point Pricing Reports

A Call Point Pricing Report lists pricing for all distributors supplying a retailer chain.  It lists the Item, UPC, Item Number, Distributor, and pricing information for each cost zone assigned to the chain.  Click for a sample report and description.

Note:  This report is available in CSV format only, suitable for opening in Excel or any other software that can open comma-separated (delimited) value files.

 

Consolidated Chain Pricing Reports

A Consolidated Chain Pricing Report lists the items, costs, and conditions, such as “Quantity Discount Allowance, BUY 10 Case(s), GET $1.50 OFF per Case,” associated with the specific retailer selected from the Retailers window on this screen. The report contents are grouped by the cost zones the distributor has set up for the retailer.  Note: This report prints on Legal Size paper (11 x 14 landscape).  Sample.  

This reporting option offers the most accurate pricing available, but is only available when a Park City Group service agreement is set up between the retailer and the distributor.

Distributor Pricing Reports

A Distributor Pricing Report provides costs and conditions for one or more distributors. You can limit your report to a city, state, or Field Business Area (FBA).  Note: This report prints on Legal Size paper (11 x 14 landscape).  Sample.

Use this function to see if a report has completed.

Upload

Click this link to perform a file upload of distributor chain division relationships.  This is performed monthly by CBC’s IT (information technology) department, and must be done to keep data-relationships current and to populate the Chain Division Pricing Report.

Download

Although most reports are delivered to you as an e-mail attachment, options are available to hold your report for manual downloading. This function is used to download a report directly to your computer’s hard drive.

Use this function to save report specifications, or modify saved report criteria before running a report.

 

How to receive your reports (Delivery Types)

Most* reports can be delivered to you in three ways:

The report is sent to you as an e-mail attachment.

You can be notified by e-mail that the report has been placed on File Registry for you to download.

The report can simply be placed on File Registry without an e-mail notification. You must manually check to see if the report file has generated. You can download it once it is complete.

Many people choose e-mail attachment as the most convenient way to receive their reports.

Report Formats

You can select the output Format for most* reports. This determines how you open and view the information.  In most reports you can select from comma separated (CSV) or RTF (Rich Text Format).

Note:  Some reports can be viewed on-screen by clicking a Display link.
