If you select E-mail Attachment or E-mail Notification as the delivery type for your report, you can simply check your e-mail to see if the report is complete. You can also choose to View Report Requests to check the status of your report online. This function is most useful if you choose Chainlink as the delivery type for your report.
If a report you ran was over 2MB (a large report) or if you selected E-mail Notification or Chainlink as the delivery type for a report, you will need to download the report from distribuLink.
Note: Report files are only displayed in the File Download window for 45 days. After that time, the reports are placed in an archive. Contact Prescient Client Support if you need to download a report that is older than 45 days.
