Online Customer Feedback

When working in a Prescient application, you might have ideas or suggestions that you would like to submit to Prescient for consideration.  This procedure covers the steps necessary to submit your comments.

Follow these steps to submit customer feedback.:

  1. Enter your comments

  2. Submit your comments

Note:

Use Feedback to communicate your ideas and suggestions about improvements to the application.  If you have questions or need immediate assistance, please contact Prescient Client Support at 1-888-842-5465 option 1, 1.

 

A.

Enter your comments

  1. Click Feedback from any Prescient application window, such as Item & Cost.  You must be logged on.

  2. Enter your Name.

  3. Enter your Telephone Number.  This will be used to ask questions about or provide feedback to your comments.

  4. Enter your Comments.

Submit your comments

  1. Click Submit.

  2. Read the acknowledgement message to ensure that your comments have been forwarded to Prescient.

  3. Click Back.   

You are returned to the window from which you initiated the feedback option.  We will send an e-mail confirming we have received your feedback.  Thank you for your comments and suggestions!
