Request Count Form

Use the utility to generate a form for taking a physical count of your items.  This form is helpful in that the items can be listed individually or by SBT groups, and the sort order can be set to match the data-entry windows used to enter the count online.  Click for a sample.  

Follow these steps:

  1. Select the Supplier, Store, and enter the Count Date

  2. Set the Sort By option

  3. Set the report options and generate the form

 

A.

Select the Supplier, Store, and enter the Count Date

From the Inventory & Shrink tab:

  1. Click Request Count Form.  

  2. Select the Supplier.

  3. Enter part of the Store ID, followed by an asterisk, and click Choices.

  4. Select the Store from the drop-down list.

  5. Enter the Route ID (optional).

  6. Enter the Count Date on which the count will be performed.  The current date is filled in by default.  

  7. Check the Is Buy-Back box if this count is part of a supplier buy-back of items.

Set the Sort By option

  1. Use the Sort By options to select how the items are sorted on the form.

Set the report options and generate the form

  1. Enter a new Report Name, if desired.

  2. Select a Format for the report.

  3. Select a Delivery Type.

  4. Click Report.

Note:  If a report is over 2MB in size, it normally will not be sent as an e-mail attachment.  Instead, you are notified by e-mail that the report is ready to download.  

Click File Registry from any Park City Group window, Find and select the file, then click Download to transfer it to your computer.
