Overview - Item Offers

Before a subscriber (retailer) can view or accept the items you provide, you must first offer or authorize the items to your subscribers. Most items are offered to the subscriber when the item is added to your item catalog. The following steps are used to offer items to subscribers that were not previously authorized to the items.

You can also rescind an offer for an item that was previously offered.

Two procedures are commonly used.

These steps can also be used to review the items that have been offered to or rescinded from the subscriber, and to view the items that have been accepted or rejected by the subscriber.

Note: An offered item must be accepted by subscribers before it can be included in exports to their pricebooks.

Subscribers are notified that new items have been offered through the method set up in the Park City Group service agreement between you and your trading partner.
