From the Distributor Item Information Look Up window:

1. Click the In Firewall: Yes or No link. The authorization history displays.

Note:  Screen will be blank if no changes have occurred for the authorization.

2. To view past error details, mouse over the error in the Status column.

3. To view the original item replaced in a Swap, mouse over the Type.

Columns

Type - Authorization type.

Status - Authorization status,

Reason - Reason for authorization.

Change Date - Date when the authorization change occurred.
