Select the Supplier and the Zone

From the main Item & Cost tab:

1. Click View Supplier Info.

2. Select the Supplier ( provider).  Enter criteria and click Find if needed.

3. Click Zones.  The zones that are authorized to you display, including the Supplier Zone ID.

To search for specific zones, enter search criteria in any or all of the fields and click Find.

4. Select the desired zone.

Find the item(s)

1. Click View Items.

2. Enter search criteria to find the items.

Hint:  You can simply click Find to list all items, or you can enter search criteria, such as a string of item numbers.  

For example, enter 123,124,125 in the Provider Item Order Nbr field to list just those items.

3. Click Find.  The items assigned to that zone display.
