Modify - Areas

As part of a negotiation offer, you can add or remove areas.  Promotion areas can be based on Subscribers or Cost Zones.  The procedure used to modify an area depends on the area type.  For more information on promotion areas, please see link to desc of areas.  Removed areas are placed in a separate holding area, and can be re-added in another offer.

Modify areas based on Subscribers

To add a subscriber

From the Areas section of the Worksheet:

  1. Click Modify.

  2. Click Select Subscribers.

  3. Select the desired subscribers from the Available Subscribers list.

  4. Click Select Subscriber.

  5. Click OK.

  6. Click Save.

The subscribers are placed in the New Proposed Areas list.

To remove a subscriber

 

From the Areas section of the Worksheet:

  1. Click Modify.

  2. Select one or more subscribers to remove.

  3. Click Remove Subscribers.

  4. Click Save.

The subscribers are placed in the Deleted Areas list.

To re-add a subscriber

From the Areas section of the Worksheet:

  1. Click Modify.

  1. Select the desired subscribers from the Deleted Areas list.

  2. Click Include In New Proposal.

  3. Click Save.

The subscribers are placed in the New Proposed Areas list..

Modify areas based on Cost Zones

To add a cost zone

From the Areas section of the Worksheet:

  1. Click Modify.

  2. Click Select Zones.

  3. If the desired zone is not listed, select a Zone Type and click Find.

  4. Select the desired zones from the Available Zones list.

  5. Click Select Zone.

  6. Click OK.

  7. Click Save.

The zones are placed in the New Proposed Areas list.

To remove a cost zone

 

From the Areas section of the Worksheet:

  1. Click Modify.

  2. Select one or more zones to remove.

  3. Click Remove Zones.

  4. Click Save.

The zones are placed in the Deleted Areas list.

To re-add a cost zone

From the Areas section of the Worksheet:

  1. Click Modify.

  1. Select the desired zones from the Deleted Areas list.

  2. Click Include In New Proposal.

  3. Click Save.

The zones are placed in the New Proposed Areas list..
