Use this procedure to search for stores or warehouses. You can then update and make changes as needed. See Overview - Manage Stores and Warehouses for a complete list of tasks.

IMPORTANT: The stores/warehouses and statuses that display are based on the In Effect On Date field. This is an "as of" date that defaults to today. You can change this date to view past (and future) store setups.
Follow these steps:

From the Item & Cost tab, under Sub-Units:
All stores display when you click Manage Stores. Note: To view past or future store setups, simply change the In Effect On Date and click Find.

Display specific Stores or Warehouses |
Three search types are available. Click Find to display the results. Hints: Use asterisks as wildcards. For example, enter *55* to find all store IDs that contain the number 55, such as 155, 551, or 3553. To find warehouses, use the Advanced Search and select a Type of Warehouse. After entering criteria, choose to Sort By your Retailer Store ID, Supplier Store ID (If Supplied By is chosen), or your Store Name. ________________________________________ Basic Search (default) Retailer Store ID. ID used by retailer to identify the store. Store Name. Retailer's name for the store. Dates In Effect On: Date a Status was in effect (Open or Closed).* Starts On / To: Date range in which a Status was in effect.* Store Status. Open or Closed. This refers to whether the store is open or closed for business in general; and is not based on the store's hours of operation. Supplied By. Select stores by the supplier who stocks it. This option displays the fields described below. * If a supplier (Supplied By) is selected, the In Effect On and Starts On / To dates include the Trading Service setups. ________________________________________ Supplied By Additional fields display when you select a supplier from Supplied By. These can be used with the Basic and Advanced Search fields. Supplier Store ID. ID used by supplier to identify the store. Trading Service Status. Whether the supplier is Active in Scan-Based Trading (SBT) or other services in the stores. Cost Zone. Displays stores associated with a supplier's cost zone assignment. Drop-down list displays the retailer cross-reference, supplier Cost Zone name. For example: rtlrxref,splrcz. The results table includes the last change date (effective date). Trading Service Configuration. Stores in which the service is actively Invoicing or undergoing Evaluation only (or Both). ________________________________________ Advanced Search Click the Advanced Search link to display these fields. City. City in which the store is located. State. State in which the store is located. Type. Store or Warehouse (distribution center). Deposit Jurisdiction. If deposits or CRVs are required by a local municipality, the jurisdiction in which the store resides. Retailer's Vendor Number for Invoicing. ID used by retailer to identify supplier in invoices. _________________________________________________________________ |
