Find a store |
From the main Item
& Cost window:
Click Manage
Stores. The
Store Query window displays.
All stores display when you click Manage
Stores.
If desired, you can narrow down this list of stores.
If you have a large number of stores, you
can narrow-down the list by entering search criteria. (Use
asterisks as wild cards.)
Enter all or
part of the store ID.
Enter all or
part of the store Name.
Enter all or
part of the store City.
Select the
State.
Select the facility
Type, choosing Store
or Warehouse.
Select the Deposit Jurisdiction.
Use the Supplied By drop-down list to display
only stores serviced by that supplier.
Use the Sort By option to sort the stores by
ID, Name,
or City.
Click Find
to display only the stores that match the criteria.

Update a store |
If desired, you can click Update
to view or change store information.
Select the store.
Click Update.
You can update the following
operational fields:
Name:
The name of the store.
ID:
The internal-identification code used by your company to identify the
store.
Territory:
The store's
territory, if any.
Deposit Jurisdiction:
The Deposit
Jurisdiction associated with the store's location.
Open Time
/ Close Time: The usual hours
the store is open. You
can enter the time in 24-hour format (23:30) or standard format (11:30
PM).
Open On:
The days the store is normally open.
# of Sales
Files Per Day: The
number of scan-sales files that will be sent or uploaded to Prescient
each day for this store.
You can update the address fields.
Address /
City / State / Zip Code / Country: Enter the physical address of
the store.
Make contact
private: The location information for the store, such as the address,
will appear in certain reports. Click
this box if you do not want this included in reports.
Click Save
when the update is complete.
