Online Customer Feedback

When working in a Park City Group application, you might have ideas or suggestions that you would like to submit to Park City Group for consideration.  This procedure covers the steps necessary to submit your comments.

This task is performed through the following steps:

  1. Enter your comments

  2. Submit your comments

Note:

Use Feedback to communicate your ideas and suggestions about improvements to the application.  If you have questions or need immediate assistance with a problem, please contact Park City Group Client Support.

 

A.

Enter your comments

  1. Click Feedback from any Park City Group window such as Item & Cost.  You must be logged on to the application.

  2. Enter your Name.

  3. Enter your Telephone Number.  This will be used to ask questions about or provide feedback to your comments.

  4. Enter your Comments.

Submit your comments

  1. Click Submit.

  2. Read the acknowledgement message to ensure that your comments have been forwarded to Park City Group.

  3. Click Back.   

You are returned to the window from which you initiated the feedback option.  We will send an e-mail confirming we have received your feedback.  Thank you for your comments and suggestions!
