Frequently Asked Questions
Contact Park City Group AC Client Support.
MillerCoors is using Park City Group to collect PTR (Price to retailer) information for MillerCoors products.
The Park City Group system offers MillerCoors representatives a competitive advantage in collecting pricing information that can be used to leverage additional sales at retail.
If a distributor's pricing is in Park City Group, any MillerCoors Rep can access it from distribuLink without calling distributors and asking them to fax their pricing. This saves time for both the representative and the distributor.
Who do I contact if I have forgotten my password or have other problems with authorization issues?
Contact Park City Group AC Client Support.
MillerCoors is responsible for training users on the system. For more information, contact Park City Group AC Client Support.
The problem could arise for a variety of reasons.
Contact your Call Point Pricing Contact to verify that you have been authorized to see all distributors.
If you have been granted full authorization, you may be experiencing Internet Access Problems.
Note: All MillerCoors users should have high speed internet access, such through a DSL or Cable Modem.
I can't "see" any explanation (information or conditions) attached to a price. How can I get a report to include this?
All key distribuLink reports – the Call Point Pricing Report, Consolidated Chain Pricing Report, and Distributor Pricing Report – can show not only promotional prices, but also any information or conditions that are attached to these prices. For example, “BUY 200 Cases, GET $1.99 OFF.“
Information is available for any pricing the distributor enters in the Park City Group Promotion System. Make sure that you leave both the Promotional Cost and Informational Cost boxes selected for the report. This is the default, and should produce the desired result.
Why do I have access to all MillerCoors distributors (not just the distributors in my Field Business Area)?
MillerCoors wants all distribuLink users to have access to all distributor’s data. Responsibilities change, and National account users need this capability to access complete information in the Call Point Pricing Reports section of distribuLink.
Since it is in the 2002 MillerCoors distributor standards, most distributors are Park City Group subscribers and have their data on Park City Group.
BUT if your distributors are not "on Park City Group", consult the Monthly Status Report which you can get from:
walmartpricing@millercoors.com
1-888-535-2393
Note: If the distributor is Implemented and trained, but pricing data is not visible, verify with your Security Administrator that Brand Rep has been authorized.

When I run a report, the distributor is listed as "No Costs Found" – Why?
The distributor does not have pricing in the system for the cost type and date range you selected. Check your date range selections. Then, contact the distributor and ask them to update their prices in Park City Group.
I ran a report. When I opened the file, it didn’t contain any prices – Why?
There was no data found for the Report Criteria entered. Review the steps for the specific report.
Check your criteria and re-run the report, using the Display feature to check the results first.
My distributor's frontline prices / promotions aren’t current in the system – What should I do?
Contact the distributor and request that they update their prices in Park City Group. You will be able to see the updated prices almost immediately after they do this.
How do I get information on my distributors promotions / conditions?
All key distribuLink reports – the Call Point Pricing Report, Consolidated Chain Pricing Report, and the Distributor Pricing Report – can show not only promotional prices, but also any information or conditions that are attached to these prices. For example, “BUY 200 Cases, GET $1.99 OFF.“
Promotional pricing appears on distribuLink reports with a Cost Type of Promotional ( P) or Informational (I).
Costs are shown as Informational (I) when:
More than one purchase option or condition is offered, such as Quantity Discount with Allowance deals with more than one level.
To ensure visibility to this promotion information, always leave both Promotional Cost and Informational Cost selected in the report request window. This is the default.
My distributor's Molson pricing isn’t in the system? Why?
If the distributor has just recently begun distributing Molson products, they must add these items and prices.
Distributors owning multiple warehouses may have chosen to cover these with one implementation, and will be identified using one alias number in distribuLink. They may be reporting under the 6-digit number that is the MillerCoors alias number assigned to the distributor.
