Use this report to review a promotion that is in effect for a distributor on a given date. The report includes the effective dates and areas, and lists the conditions attached to a particular deal, such as deal quantities, free goods, or cents off. See Request Promotion Pricing Reports. The Promotion Pricing Report can assist Coors Field and National Accounts personnel in identifying the conditions attached to a particular price on a Distributor Pricing or other report. Prices on those reports are designated with Cost Types of Regular (R), Temporary (T), Promotional (P), or Informational (I).
Promotion Pricing Reports are used to provide detail on prices with Cost Types of Promotional (P) or Informational (I). For more information, see About Cost Types.
Notes:
This report prints on Letter Size paper (8.5 x 11 landscape).
Distributors must have entered their promotions in the Item & Cost Promotion System for you to be able to obtain a Promotion Pricing Report. Promotion reports are not available for pricing that is entered in Express Data Entry.
The report will only include deals that are in effect on the date you enter.
Reports can only be generated for promotions that are in an ACTIVATED status. Promotions in this status have been activated and finalized by the distributor.
This report is only available in RTF format.
