Request Promotion Pricing Reports
Use this report to review a promotion that
is in effect for a distributor on a given date. The
report includes the effective dates and areas, and lists the conditions
attached to a particular deal, such as deal quantities, free goods, or
cents off. This
report prints on Letter Size paper
(8.5 x 11 landscape). Sample

Follow these
steps:
Name
the report and select the delivery type
Select
a distributor and display the promotions in effect
Select
the promotion and one or more cost zones
Run
the report

From the Main distribuLink Window:
Click Request
Promotion Pricing Reports. If desired, enter a different name in the
field. Select a .
This report
cannot be displayed in a window.

Select
a distributor and display the promotions in effect |
Enter an “in effect
on” date in the Report Selected Promotional
Costs In Effect On field. The
promotion you are searching for must be in effect on this date. Select the desired distributor
from the Distributors list. Click Get
Promotions for Selected Distributor. The
promotions in effect for that distributor display.

Select
the desired promotion and click Get Cost Zones for Selected Promotion.
The costs
zones that are associated with the promotion display. Select one or more
to include in the report.
