Download a File

Follow these steps to transfer a file from Prescient to your computer.  These can be Outbound files generated by Prescient, or Inbound files you sent to Prescient.

The processing Status is helpful in locating a file.  Ready files have not been processed or downloaded.  Complete files have been processed, downloaded at least once, or e-mailed from a Distribution List.  All Outbound files with a status of Ready display by default.  Complete files can be downloaded multiple times.

Note:  Reports requested online with a Delivery Type of E-mail Notification or File Registry are considered Outbound files with a status of Ready.  Online reports too large to send as an E-mail Attachment (2MB) are also found under Outbound.
