Follow these steps to add a promotion.
After a promotion is initially set up, one or more deals must be added and the promotion must be activated. Click here for a graphic overview of the task. Also see Quick Reference - Add a Promotion with an Amount Off deal and Overview - Promotions.
Follow these steps:

From the Item & Cost tab:

The window that displays is based on your Cost Zones or Subscribers choice.

At this point deals must be added to the promotion. A deal consists of the promotion items and costs being offered. See Overview - Adding Deals for a guide to adding promotional deals, or click Quick links to Adding Deals for the steps.

At this point, you can add another deal or Activate the promotion. To add another deal, follow the steps above. To activate the promotion, follow the steps below. Activate Promotion is displayed on the Next Step bar.
